Sometimes we know more support will be the thing that helps us through a time in our lives to grow, heal, move through with ease, care, and solidness that endures. Making a commitment to yourself allows you to calm and center, knowing you prioritized and you are not on your own to keep sorting things through. We will know after our first meeting what our focus points are so these meetings have a path and purpose that will be measurable. Each meeting will have its own stepping stones and by the time we complete each one, a lasting understanding or skills will be yours.
