Service Description

Private sessions allow space for us to intimately explore your unique goals and focus areas of healing, guidance, understanding, or discovery, whether you are sure of why you came to me or felt led that this is the right time to be open to what is next, and maybe even create a plan. We will reflect, understand goals, and share insights that target what is most relevant for your needs and next steps. You will have clarity and feel some ease as we finish. Whichever area of my skillset we are scheduling this time for, it is still the focus of your inner peace. What is most needed and relevant in this time of your life, and what is your "care and feeding guide" of mind, body, spirit? We will get to it. All sessions/readings are virtual, online by video services like Google Meets, Zoom, and others. Phone sessions are also a great option. Sometimes it is a great relief when we are needing rest from looking at screens and want to focus inwardly. We decide together what is best for your setup. When looking at your calendar for a time, consider these things: Leave time for us to run a little over and also for you to have some time to yourself after to reflect before running on to next things. Choose a time and space where you are free from interruptions and distractions as best as possible. Animal companions are part of your support team, don't worry about them :D See you soon!
