Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between us regarding how and if refunds are provided. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws.
Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
Sessions/Coaching:
As I provide direct services, like sessions and coaching, and coaching packages, these types of services are overal non-refundable. Individual interpretations and results vary, but my time and expertise has been provided. We enter into a good-faith agreement and I provide many layers of engagement to discern before payment if my services are a commitment you wish to engage.
Digital Products: In general, a digital product's sale is final and may not be reproduced, modified, resold, shared. I reserve rights on these products.
Physical Products: In all cases, I represent the details of any physical product, such as books, decks, art, prints, sizing, etc. and so we are entering a good faith arrangement at time of purchase. I treat sales as final.
Online Courses: Prerecorded and Live. Limited Refund specified in course description and policies. Each course is different in duration and inclusions. A 1 time credit for an exchange of equal or comparable value may be offered instead.
I reserve the right to modify and adjust these policies per individual item and on a case by case basis. In the case where there is a refund policy that differs between an individual offering and this document, the refund policy specified in that offering will take precedence over what is listed here.
