Do you ask yourself, What if?
Why do I do this work?
What's the hokey-pokey for us together?
What if we got off the " I have to figure it all out" bus? It's hard not knowing, but the truth is, it's simply not possible to figure everything out. So what can we do?
We can lean into the moment, and ask:

Can I notice my mind-body state?

Can I get my system out of All or Nothing mode, and feel safe?

Can I lean into Be, not Do, and understand what Trust, Peace, Gentleness means in this moment?

What is the ripple of this? And how does my life thrive in choosing this path?
You know how life can give us strong upheavals like a death or a separation or some kind of change, and sometimes we're looking for support and belonging, but we feel like we're sinking in deep water without a snorkel?
Well. what I do is support people who are going through these challenges, and also their caretakers, to establish an evidence-based pathway to confidence and certainty, so they can get a breath of fresh air and feel a sense of peace and belonging.
In fact, I have a Doctorate degree in compassion-based services and l've had the privilege of sharing this work in places like Yale University, the US Fish and Wildlife Service and with some of the top-tier hospital staff at a number of teaching hospitals.
You remember how to stop the spin of overwhelm, heal, and join with a bone wisdom that is timeless, abiding, and uniquely expressed in your own soul's voice. From here, embracing a lasting joy, and inner peace becomes natural. Clarity and calm in your needs, decisions, connections flourish, even in complex times and becomes a trusted companion.
I do this work because I want to, and it's important to me. You could say helping people remember we all have infinite value, we all are equal, we each are unique and belong to one another is my mission that inspires me to help people heal and live into their best lives. Peace and connection is our birthright and if you have forgotten, or maybe never quite learned your language, I will light the way, walk with you a while, until you are ready to take the lamp for yourself in your own unique knowing.
We can begin with our Selves, each other gently. From here the field, the sky opens.
We have rest, we have choice. Here, we begin.
